Meet Preeti Vijay – The Heart Behind Flex and Flow

For Preeti Vijay, yoga started as a personal pursuit and soon became a lifelong passion. Encouraged by her husband, Vijay, she began her yoga journey when her first child was two years old. Her dedication and natural ability quickly stood out, leading her teachers to entrust her with conducting classes in their absence.

Inspired to share her love for yoga, Preeti founded Flex and Flow Yoga Studio on 21st June 2024, in Sadashivnagar, Bangalore. Her classes bring together students of all ages, helping them build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

A Certified and Passionate Instructor

Preeti is a certified yoga instructor, trained in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Pranayama Practices, with over 10 years of experience. She pursued her Advanced Trainer Certification to deepen her knowledge and refine her teaching skills.

Micro-Group Classes for a Personalized Experience

Unlike large yoga studios, Flex and Flow specializes in micro-group sessions, keeping class sizes intimate with just 3-5 students per session. This ensures individualized attention, personalized guidance, and a supportive learning environment.

Preeti blends traditional yoga with modern practices, incorporating Cardio and Vinyasa Flow to create sessions that are fun, effective, and transformative. Her classes combine her expertise, personal experience, and years of training, making every session unique.

Through Flex and Flow, Preeti helps individuals cultivate inner strength, resilience, and mindfulness. Her mission is to empower students to lead healthier, more balanced lives through the transformative power of yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
